How to clean motorized blackout roller shades?
Easy to clean, simply wipe with a soft wet cloth to spot clean or vacuum with a wand to remove dust.

What's APRILSMART warranty coverage?
APRILSMART offers a 2-year comprehensive warranty on all products. After the warranty period, customers can enjoy minimal repair costs or choose to purchase replacement parts at a low price, which also includes packaging and handling costs.
However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including wear and tear, stains, pet damage, exposure to heat, sunlight, wind, water or moisture, and discoloration, fading or slight deformation of materials over time.
Failures caused by improper installation and DIY modifications are also not covered by the warranty.
