The Bermuda fabric is designed with a layered structure on both sides, combining practicality with a smooth texture. The front side is made of high-density polyester fiber, which is woven with an encrypted twill technique to create a fine texture, giving it a natural look similar to linen, while also offering excellent durability. The back side is coated with an eco-friendly shading layer, combined with an overall dark color scheme, to achieve 100% full shading effect.
The back coating of this fabric has been specially treated through a unique curing process. It not only completely blocks ultraviolet rays but also addresses the problem of brittleness in traditional coated fabrics, thereby extending their service life. The polyester fabric on the front and the light-blocking coating on the back work together, preserving the visual appeal and durability of the natural texture while ensuring a stable light-blocking performance with zero light transmission.
