For homes with multiple motorized blackout roller shades, you only need one Hub to connect and synchronize all of them. This allows for convenient control via the dedicated mobile app or through voice commands.

Important Don'ts:

Battery compartments should be cleaned with rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab
Professional cleaning service recommended every 3 years for optimal performance

Always ensure black out window shade is completely dry before retracting. Contact APRILSMART support if any operational issues occur after cleaning. The blackout coating is permanently bonded to the fabric and won't wash off with proper care.

APRILSMART offers a 2-year comprehensive warranty on all products. After the warranty period, customers can enjoy minimal repair costs or choose to purchase replacement parts at a low price, which also includes packaging and handling costs.

However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including wear and tear, stains, pet damage, exposure to heat, sunlight, wind, water or moisture, and discoloration, fading or slight deformation of materials over time.

Failures caused by improper installation and DIY modifications are also not covered by the warranty.
